The music is a delight to the ear, Bill's playing is dazzling and, very importantly, the production work on the CD has resulted in a recording with exceptional presence and realism. This is what the guitar sounds like. Now, if you think you need to actually HEAR some of Bill's amazing, exquisite guitar playing before being convinced to make such a purchase, you can do that. FYI, I almost feel obligated to call the guitar Bill used for this recording a joint venture between me and Uris Zelten of San Diego, CA. I made the guitar in 1994, but it was nearly destroyed by airline baggage gorillas in Portugal in 1997. Uris breathed new life into it with a complete rebuild, and now it just has a little more personality. |
