If you're ready to place an order for a guitar from my workshop, please fill out the following form and click the Submit button at the bottom of the form. I will respond with a quotation for your approval; the quotation will include a request for a deposit. Receipt of your deposit will confirm the price of the guitar and your place on the waiting list.
